I'm so embrassed to come this site what "duh" questions, but I'm lost and need to be found. I am so excited about opening a coffee house, however I don't know anything about espresso (which I want to be the top seller). How can I find out more or learn more about "taste" and achieving the "right" shot. Thanks in advance.
