Java PureRoast System

Are any of you familiar with the Java PureRoast System. These units were installed in grocery type stores and Costco in the early 2000s. It is a computer controlled fluid bed type roaster based on the Sivetz type technology. Are these type of units reliable and what are they worth used? Any insight is greatly appreciated.

I think I know what you are talking about. There was a guy named Fresh Roast that was on here a while back. He was pushing these machine pretty hard. He said that it would get rid of the human factor in roasting. He laughed at us roasters and said we were going to be replaced. He isn't here anymore and he and I really didn't get along. I am roasting and haven't seen any of his systems in place. I am an artisan and personally do not like trusting a machine to do all the work.
