    The ULTIMATE V60 technique?

this vid from James Hoffmann is titled "Ultimate V60 technique"
I do not do whole lot of V60, mostly Aeropress guy. but since I am planning to roast some great Gesha that I brought from Guatemala from my last trip, I thought that V60 would be much better than Aeropress... specially for Gesha beans.

That was the main reason i watched this video. (not that I didn't know how to make V60, but if there were something for me to learn from the "so-called master, Sr. Hoffmann", that would be a plus.

anyway, what do you think about this methods and technique?
    are they valid and sound?
    please let us know.
    thanks

    Hello BIC,

I'm curious. Did I miss something? I knew you were recently looking to buy a roaster for home use. Did you buy one? If so, what did you get???

Are you planning to practice using the new roasting machine with your Gesha beans? That would be very brave of you.
