    In a pot?
Have you ever walked through the aisle of your local grocer and smelled the death of a dying bean?

I think it''s a great idea, because a lot of people drink coffee with pie. Even flavored coffee is good with a sugar cookie or other pasteries.

OK, I give up... What do you get when you combine a pie shop and a cafe roaster with espresso and a fire place?

    Just kidding!

Seriously, I think it sounds like a great idea. I love the idea of fresh baked pies with fresh ingredients. I like the convenience of a food service, but no one likes a sweaty muffin in plastic wrap.
