How many pounds are you using a month?

I was wondering how many pounds others were going through a week. I work in a tiny shop now that I'm getting ready to leave to open my own and was curious.

I know the numbers will be dramatically different depending on the volume one has at their shop so, if you wouldn't mind, include the number of customers you average on a daily basis as well to give a good idea of pounds to volume ratio.
