What is most important reason for you to come back to the same coffee shop?

a month ago, a new coffee shop came into our neighborhood. "Flat White Coffee" is the name and owned by 2015 USA Latte Art Champion.
Unfortunately, besides some Pour Over and home-made pastries, they do not have the best flat white, brewed coffee, nor latte.
but the owner is super nice. always greets customer with big smile and so attentive and kind. (and you can ask her to make a latte with some great latte art and she will do it for you)

for me, one of the reason I go back there again and again (only for Pour over and some pastries) is because of her cheerful and kind personality. Actually not the coffee. She just makes you happy being there drinking her coffee.

    what about you?
what makes you come back to same coffee shop over and over again?

    location?
    great coffees they offer?
    freebees?
    ambiance?
    price?

    please let us know.
    thanks

come to think of it, I haven't seen young pretty females working as awesome baristas who make really really good coffees.... specially flat white.

For me its the consistency of the coffee for one and for two service. After that it would be ammenities like do they have free wifi, plenty of comfy places to sit!

For me first it is how good and consistent the beverages are made. Location is another, our current favorite coffee shop it the next town over, about 20 minutes away. Before that it was approaching close to an hour drive so that was just special occasions. I do appreciate friendly baristaís, even though I have terrible social anxiety it makes the visit more relaxing. And another factor might be what else is in the surrounding area. I have a wife and three kids so there has to be something for the kids to do nearby or itís not fair to them. My wife likes coffee so she doesnít mind. The kids are good if there is something for them to do. Another bonus is if the shop has good beans, that I can purchase for home.

Yes, I also agree on this point.
for me, personally, I always ask for Flat white (if they do not have, just latte). if it is not good, I kindly ask them to make it again and still no good. that will be it for that coffee shop.
