Although caffeine has conflicting facts about blood pressure link, but it has a short life span in our body.
Yes, caffeine is a stimulant which may increase your blood pressure, but it is too mild and in a very short time effect. In several studies, coffee polyphenols lower the level of activated platelets in the blood which may help prevent blood clots that can lead to stroke. Think of its benefits rather than its short effect to increase blood pressure.

Well, just like any product out there, coffee has advantages and disadvantages. If we drink it moderately, surely, we will take the advantages. But if we drink it too much, the disadvantages will take place. :coffee:
