Coffee Beans: Bear Pond Espresso (Tokyo)

Hi all! I brought back 2 bags of coffee beans ("Flower Child") from Bear Pond Espresso in Tokyo.

I know there are a lot of Bear Pond fans and it's a pretty special opportunity to try his coffee, as you can only buy it if you travel to his cafe.

Coffee bag weights 210 grams and was roasted on October 08, 2016.

I am in Canada.

(I also brought back some gear, like his Poke Coffeedust filters)

Be sure to correspond with Katsu about his temp, pressure, and dosing settings if you want to get close to what he does at his shop.

As you know he makes significant changes in his brewing parameters for espresso, which is why he stops serving about 1pm.
