Glad that this fixed your issue...is your coffee coming out evenly roasted? If your drum is not even your coffee can come out like salt and pepper...light medium and dark roast all in one.

Good day everyone, latest on my findings with these charred beans. So, we've raised the back end of the roaster and seems that the beans are being dumped out much more efficiently - though I am still experiencing burnt stragglers at the end of the dump.

Anyway, I noticed vents at the back of my roaster than can be opened and closed with a lever - I decided to open the vents it has seemed to resolve my issue with the burnt beans.
