Coffee Shop Proforma

Hi i am trying to run the numbers on opening a coffee shop in my home town. All we have is 2 starbucks. Does anyone have any resources on people willing to review proformas / business plans ?

You are in an excellent position to be the first independent coffee shop in your town. Starbucks=no competition because you will have better beans, better coffee and better overall customer satisfaction! I tell my clients all the time that without a Starbucks however, we would not be able to make a living from selling $5 cups of coffee.
