Need help!! Phillips Saeco Xelsis coffee dispenser needs to be empty error

Hi all!

New to the group. I bought a used Phillips Saeco Xelsis and have made half a dozen coffees/espressos and it asked me to add water. After I did that it then asked to empty the coffee bean container is full but there was one puck of coffee and when I cleaned it out the error message will not go away. I checked the brew group and nothing look out of the ordinary. Any ideas?
