Hi,
Having taken apart my ECO310.R coffee machine following a problem generating steam for the milk frothing spout, I can see where the problem lies: there's a polythene tube of 130mm length and 10mm diameter which carries the steam from the boiler to the steam wand, and that tube has split (it is held on at either end by a small spring clip).
I've tried really hard to identify the part on websites so I can order a new one, but no joy.
Can anyone help ?
