I have the 20kilo Primo Drum Roaster. Awesome roaster for price. Under 20K and has a beautiful sweet spot for small batch roasting. The San Francisican is very expensive for the roaster.

Many different roast levels , but the most popular are , Light (Cinnamon Roast) , Medium (Full City Roast), Dark (French Roast). Depends on your personal taste needs but the darker the bolder taste profile. Remember that the darker you roast the less the caffeine present in your cup.
