    I have the 20kilo Primo Drum Roaster. Awesome roaster for price. Under 20K and has a beautiful sweet spot for small batch roasting. The San Francisican is very expensive for the roaster.

    Many different roast levels , but the most popular are , Light (Cinnamon Roast) , Medium (Full City Roast), Dark (French Roast). Depends on your personal taste needs but the darker the bolder taste profile. Remember that the darker you roast the less the caffeine present in your cup.

    I used to smoke a lot of cigars especially with my coffee. But I am 54 and had to give em up so I don't jepordize my health. I have too many reasons why not to invite throat cancer into my life. But I do miss my stogies.
