I own Saeco's superautomatic model IDEA-capuchino. Idea is being used in an local cafe,and we dont make more than 40-50 cups of coffee per day,but our IDEA was at service 2 times,and IDEA is about 1.5 years old. The problem is always the same, "load the water circuit". Idea is not connected...
