Saeco IDEA problem

I own Saeco's superautomatic model IDEA-capuchino. Idea is being used in an local cafe,and we dont make more than 40-50 cups of coffee per day,but our IDEA was at service 2 times,and IDEA is about 1.5 years old. The problem is always the same, "load the water circuit". Idea is not connected directly to the watter supply,because water in our town is not-drinkable,so we use mineral non-carbonated water instead. In service they changed something called as "water counter" ,i actualy dont know how to translate this to english. But it is one little part wich measures how many watter has gone through the macihne.
Did anyone had similar problem,and does anyone know the solution??
