Hi Folks, are you referreing to a 1.25 oz shot (lungo) or a 3/4 oz shot (ristretto)? I'm doing profit analysis, and want to make sure I'm using the correct calculations. Thanks!

Hi, for a 12oz latte, we use 2 1.25oz shots, for a 16oz, we use 3* 1.25 oz shots, for a 20oz, we use 4* 1.25oz shots, (2 double shots)
