Yep, if you are in the Midwest, USRC is probably not more than a day's drive in OKC. They are reasonably priced, and I believe most roasters come with a chaff cyclone. The folks at San Franciscan make stellar roasters, simple and easy to maintain. Each of their models come with integrated afterburners. They are not the cheapest, but in the roaster world, a 'good deal' is not always a good value. Often, used roasters can come with frustrating headaches, poor cleanliness and lack of proper maintenance. Keep an eye open for Diedrich machines too, another well made American roaster. Probats are also great and they're used everywhere, so it can be easy to find parts and such.
