Hi :)

Please I would like to know will it be better to go for Ditting Grinder 1403 instead of Toper TKS-36 ?

Which one do you prefer ? what are the pros and cons ?

Thanks very much.

Hi Topher,
Actually we are targeting a small amount as we are a new small factory. Only 6 Ton per month.

Regarding MPE, I don't think it will help me grinding Turkish-Coffee ... right ?

Also I would like to know its price range ?

Thanks :)

Hey Topher,

I am in process of buying a GPX. How do you like it ?

If Zahaby is buying a grinder, you might want to look at water cooled grinders with that volume

Thanks wmark,

What is the reason of suggesting water-cooled grinder ?

water cooled to keep the grind plates/burrs from getting too hot, especially if you are doing a turkish grind

wmark I love my MPE grinders. I had 9 at my last place and 2 here. I suggest buying the "magnet grid" that sits in the hopper. You will be shocked how much it catches!

LOL...pennies. Gonna be counting a loooong time! I also paid extra for larger hoppers....well worth the investment.

I am getting the 25 lb hopper...........are you suggestiing the 50 lb hopper.
I guess I should invest in the magnet at $280 versus the $2000 it costs on the packaging machinery

Yes 50 lb hopper. We roast about 3500 lbs a week and the hopper actually holds about 60 lbs of the medium roast. Packaging machine is a must. We have an old Prox Pack machine. We have had it for 8 years with no issue. Its not automatic it has a pedal and we knock out about 8k 6 oz bags a week. I can't imagine doing it by hand.
