Advise Please: How do you make vanilla syrup in your store?

Hi
How do you guys make vanilla syrup in your store? We started with vanilla beans whole but that was such a pain, now moved on to vanilla extract but don't like the alcohol taste. Just looking for what might work for other folks.
 
How much vanilla syrup are you attempting to make? Do you use a lot of vanilla syrup?

After a while you may become tired of making your own syrup, and you'll find that it's much easier to just use the bottled syrups (Monin, Torani, DaVinci, etc.)
 
I add about an eyedropper full of high quality vanilla extract to 12oz of simple syrup. The alcohol fades quickly and you certainly can't taste it in a big fat latte.
