Hi picking up my new (used 2005 Ambex Y-5) roaster tomorrow.
Any advice such as
Whats the smallest amount that can be successfully roasted and tricks on doing it?
Mods or loggers upgrading or moving Thermo couplers
Loggers?
What kind of propane gas gauge can i buy to monitor how I am regulating heat?
Anything would be helpful I'm just a class and a couple of roastings above a plain old coffee snob but I jumped in and goin for broke
