Does anybody have any feedback on this machine? I am thinking of purchasing it to start a coffee house and it will run me $9K. Comments please.

I think you would do better going for a decent grinder and a 2 group semi-automatic. It would save you a lot of money....if you have a cafe or a restaurant it would seem the best option.

I'm trying to plan for a high volume location and time is of the essence that is why I am trying to stick with super-automatics. Has anyone ever dealt directly with this machine?

No, I have not dealt directly with this machine- but I do stock, sell and use other CMA machines (mostly San Marinos). Agreed in any operation speed is important- I am just not a big fan of having an intergrated superauto setup. My pref is to have grinders seperate from the espresso machine.
