Best Commercial Automatic Drip and Grinder?

What is the best small-medium scale commercial drip coffee maker and why? What about commercial grinders?

I would like to work towards brewing by the cup, but, unfortunately, that is not going to be a realistic starting point. I have been looking at Bunn, Fetco, and Curtis brewers, but I am open to pretty much anything. With by the cup brewing in mind, I am also interested in something with a reliable hot water spout.
