Recently moved to Canada from Sweden and wish to get hold of the Best dark roast available here. Which brand would you recommend? Nabob espresso blend wasnt bad so far.
Try mine, I roast the finest dark roast espresso blen around..IMHO. I'm a small ( tiny) roasting co, that literally hand crafts each batch, and ensures each batch is consistantly my finest..
The best I have tried is a very small roaster in the suburbs of Philadelphia, Morning Star Roasters in West Chaster. Their beans are taken from the best 5% in the world and it shows. I have to use almost half the normal amount of coffee when brewing.
