Blend roasting

Just buying up some wholesale single origin obviously isn't going to cut it. So the only logical choice is to use a custom blend.

Question is, will a local roaster use a custom recipe, or will I have to roast my own batches every week?

If the roaster wants your business, they will custom roast. We do custom roasts and house roasts, depending on what our customers want. If the roaster is passionate about roasting and keeping their customers happy, they should do custom roasts for you. Just let a roaster know what your plans are and they will tell you the truth, whether or not its what you want to hear!
