Breville Dual Boiler low pressure

After almost 10 years of use my old Breville Dual Boiler water temp would only go to 162F. I called Breville and they refused to repair it as it was too old. They offered me a new machine for $1000. I bought it and have never made a good espresso with it yet. I have used 3 different grinders and many different types of beans. I have had my son take ground beans from my grinder home to his Breville espresso machine and it works fine. Beans from his grinder don't work in my machine. When I start to brew a shot the pressure gauge will only go to 3 bar if it registers anything at all. If I set my grinder as fine as possible so that the burrs are just barely touching and a 30 psi tamp I have seen the pressure gauge go to 9 bar for a couple of seconds and then go back down to 3 bar or less. The shot tastes bad and there is no crema. Using a bottomless portafilter I do not see any evidence of channeling. I sent the machine to Breville and they changed a solenoid and the white seal in the group head and sent the machine back to me. Nothing was any different. I have spent days trying different combinations of beans, grinders, tamp pressure. Breville said to follow a routine on You Tube for dialing in the machine. I did that several times with no change. I did notice there are many videos on You Tube about low pressure problems with different Breville espresso machines. I did watch several but they made no difference on my machine. I have asked Breville to replace this machine or refund my money but they have never responded. I live in Albuquerque, if anybody with a dual boiler Breville is close to Albuquerque I would like get together and see how you dial in your machine.
