Build out...

Well we finally started demolition yesterday. The old walls will be down by end of today and then we can start the build out. We should be open by August 1st(but you all know how that goes!) We have a very small area that we are working with. It is just under 800 sq ft. In this area we are cramming a 60 kilo roaster and packaging equipment and a very...very small coffee shop. I am glad I do not get claustrophobic! I will have pictures soon...if you want to follow our growth pm me your email addy and I will add you on google+ Well back to the dust!

Are most of your stores setup like this? What type of staffing would this place run FOH? Curious why machine is against wall. Look forward to your thoughts

This is the only coffee shop. The reason the espresso machine is facing the customer was due to space...it would have left us no space on the front counter and I think there was an issue on getting water there. anyway..Our main business is supplying our bagel chain. Last year we had 4 bagel shops...we have grown to 15 and looking to grow fast. The next location that has me stoked is on FSU's property! It will be a bagel/pizza/coffee shop. It should be open by June..but we all know how that goes.
