I was looking at the logistics of setting up a pour over bar at our local farmers market this year and the biggest obstacle appears to be hot water. I've considered the turkey fryer setup, electric kettles, and a more professional looking portable stock range stove. In the process however, I came upon the UK company, Burco, who sells lpg catering boilers, which appear to be a perfect fit. Does anybody have any experience with these?
As a side note, I'm trying to avoid the use of a generator unless we elect to bring out the single group espresso machine. In any case, we would be trying to minimize our electrical needs so a gas boiler would be nice.
Thanks for the input everybody.
