Normand St Michel of Maine, USA has all of the zoning and legals on his side for opening a topless cafe. Thats right, topless. He plans to have 2-3 waitresses that would serve customers, bare breasted.

It is an interesting mostly just because its legal in the first place! I mean; hot coffee and bare breasts, or just the typically known fact what coffee can be slang for!

Well I think issues would be that coffee spills on themselves and lawsuits happen. Unless you serve lukewarm coffee like miCCyD's does
