Same here but I live in the cheese curd capital, Ellsworth, Wisconsin and I thought it would be a nice thing to recogonize that cheese is God here and try to come up with a drink that included some type of cheese but it might be a little to much so if any one out there has ever done it I would love to hear how it turned out. It has not turned out to good for me but I will keep on trying.

I love cheese, but I think it's better paired with Wine or Port. Coffee is best with some baklava or other equally deathly sweet greek deserts.

All I can picture is a dessert. Marscapone, espresso, sugar..

Drinkable cheese?
Hmmm

What kind of cheese did you have in mind?

but you need to taste the cheese that the creamry makes in Ellsworth. Its not bitter but creamy and smooth and some how a hint of it might work. I will keep you informed if it works...thanks for the feedback..every bit helps
