Coffee Beans for Mazzer grinder

hello everybody, i would like to ask you what are the best coffee beans for preparaing a great coffee with my Mazzer grinder and my brand new europiccola espresso machine

Mine, I know how to roast in the true style of the Pacific NW. Because I'm in the Pac NW. post me back and let's see where it leads.

i appreciate your suggest, but i asked for coffee beans, not for a righ way to use my Mazzer grinder.....not because i believe that Pacific NW way are not th better way, but because it is difficult for me to learn this way...just because i'm not of Pacific NW

WOW...umm...he did offer beans...anyway my suggestion is to try as many different espressos as you can so you can find the one that suits your tastes....I also suggest you buy from a local roaster or an online roast to order company so you are getting the freshest beans possible. Good luck :wink: By the way I am from the South and I know espresso too
