Topher has a very valid point. Those of us in the coffee business as roaster, retailers, trainers etc...have not enough hours in the day for what we do, let alone consulting on the side! I have done a couple of consulting jobs over the last couple of years, these days I reckon its nigh on impossible to do justice to a client requesting cafe consulting help...while still doing what I try and get done in my normal, lengthy working day :grin:
