Coffee Consultation

Just out of curiosity how many of ya'll work as cafe consultants. There are several individuals who post here who have shown to have more knowledge about the industry than any of the so called consultants I have met.

Who wants to start one up?

I've done it before...probably about 6 times...its hard to find the time to do it anymore...

Topher has a very valid point. Those of us in the coffee business as roaster, retailers, trainers etc...have not enough hours in the day for what we do, let alone consulting on the side! I have done a couple of consulting jobs over the last couple of years, these days I reckon its nigh on impossible to do justice to a client requesting cafe consulting help...while still doing what I try and get done in my normal, lengthy working day :grin:
