Hey everyone,
do you all remember Haiku poetry, from the Japanese?
-->poems are 3 lines, with 5 syllables, 7, then 5 again
-->poems don't normally rhyme
-->the first 2 lines normally carry a theme, with the last line tying them together somehow.

Let's have some creativity in here!

I will start:

Beans falling, rolling
water spilling in darkness
first brew of the day

:D

****edited to add another one***
Warm me to the bone
Give me energy and life
Coffee waits for me

I posted a coffee-related topic at another forum (Seriously! Forums) and a couple people there wrote prayers to coffee:

http://forums.seriouszone.com/showthread.php?t=40501

Coffee is my shepherd,
I shall not doze.
He makes me wake up in green pastures,
He makes me wide-eyed beside quiet waters,
He restores my soul.
He guides me in paths of caffeination for his name's sake.
Yea, though I walk through the shadow of EQUAL™,
I will fear no Sweet-n-Low™,
For coffee is with me;
Your cream and your sugar,
They comfort me.
You prepare a table before me in the presence of my exhaustion.
You anoint my head with buzzing;
My cup overflows.
Surely goodness and love will follow me all the days of my life,
And I will dwell in the house of MAXWELL forever.

Glory to coffee in the highest
And peace to its beans on Earth
Lord coffee, heavenly brew, almighty coffee, our beverage
We worship you, we give you thanks, we praise you for your caffeine

I do like coffee
well, pretty much anytime
I'm immune to caffeine now
