Coffee Roasting Regulations

Does anyone know if there are any regulations in regards where you can roast coffee? Does it have to be in a licensed kitchen? Or can you put a commercial roaster any where?

every county/city is different...but I see you are in Cali...good luck..I hear they are pretty strict out there.

He's right. Cali can be really tough. If you're in Orange County... Forget about it.
