A business plan is a very important document for any business starting out, especially one that interacts with the public. One very important thing about the business plan is that you need to remember it is proactive, but you need to be reactive when your plan doesn't work out. However, this is a great template to start with!

Great plan do you own your own shop or just help other's with the business planning? I found my way in the coffee game with Organo Gold it was very costly and people are just loven the coffee...and checks!

Yes a business plan is important but be sure it is geared toward a coffee shop. A taco shack business plan changed to Joe's Java will not help you one bit! Be careful.
