Coffee shop risks?

We are collecting information and designing our business plan for a coffee shop.
We need to answer questions about market and other risks of running such a business.
Can somebody help us with that?

The first Risk you need to keep in your mind.

Be Clear with yourself, you are opening a coffee shop, not a hair salon,
meaning, hours are way too long.......are you ready for that ?

If you can not open everyday on time, that is a risk need to think about.

If you can not be consistent in aroma and flavour, that is another risk

Risk is not only money.
