Coffeehouses & roasters in South East Virginia?

I'm returning to the Virginia Beach/Norfolk/Chesapeake area for about a week and want to scope out the coffee scene.

Any recommendations?

Especially interested in micro-roasters and coffeehouse/roasteries.

I also am trying to get close to any green coffee wholesalers/importers/distributors. If anyone knows of any anywhere between Nashville, TN and Virginia Beach, I'd be much obliged.
