Commercial equipment suggestions

I am working on my business plan and trying to find quality espresso and coffee machine to use in my coffee house. What equipment do you use in your shops?

Hi there, I am a newbie to the forum, so you probably are up and running already. Personally, I use all LaPavoni equipment. My espresso machine is awesome. I purchased it brand new in 2001, and with only minor repair and normal maintenance cost over the last 7 years, it has been my bread and butter. I cannot say enough \"good\" about this line of product.
