For some reason, neon signs seem to be catching my eye. I noticed one recently in a coffee shop window and actually liked it! It was not what I'd consider bar tacky.

Are they making a come back, or am behind the eight ball on this one??

Here's a cheap idea: use the neon tube string lights sold at most auto stores. Ordering online you will find a much better variety of colors and lengths.
