deLonghi Magnifica, Froth issues

Hi Magnifica users who have trouble getting froth. If you're using the sleeve over the wand, you will find a pin hole at the back top of the sleeve. Push a needle through to clear debris and hey presto. I gave this info. to the service advice desk at DeLonghi, who were unaware.
