I have a delonghi magnifica which I think has an issue with the steaming nozzle. I have attached a picture of the two nozzles. The bottom one has a clear hole whilst the other seems to not have any hole inside. Is this the normal design? When I make frothed milk it doesn't froth it. It will only pump out warm milk into the cup. Please can someone offer their advice on this subject. Thanks in advance.
