Diedrich IR-3

Hi,

I am looking at a used Diedrich IR-3. It was originally purchased in 2000.

Here is what I was told about the roaster:
The chain and drum need realignment. The drum scrapes agains the front panel and the cooling bin screen and agitator arm should be replaced.

Does anyone know what is involved in fixing this? How much will it cost me?

Also, it is set up for Natural Gas. What is involved in switching over to Propane?

Thanks for the advise... it is an ebay item, I'm sure the price will increase.

Just wondering how much these items would be to fix.

The realignment and the drum scraping can be easily adjusted. You can call Diedrich directly for a quote of parts needed.

you might also want to check to condition of the thermal tiles, motor and blower
