We are a small batch roaster located outside Charlotte North Carolina. Previously purchased a Diedrich IR-3 Roaster and DCO in July of 2020. We have been operating out of the IR-3 convection roaster for the last three years, but have not found a use for the Afterburner and are trying to downsize our roasting facility. Previous owner used the DCO as part of his daily operations with no issues or complaints. This equipment plugs directly into a 2003 Diedrich IR-3, 5, or 7 Roaster.
