I am selling my Diedrich IR 5 that I received brand new in Sep 2022. It has never been unwrapped, uncrated or used in any way. Change of plans regarding business startup. This is the preferred start-up roaster voiced by many successful roasters. It is black and stainless still. Diedrich roasters are the most robust in the Specialty Coffee Roasting industry and sought after for their exceptional roasting qualities.
