Distributors

For you coffee shop and drive thru owners - How do you go about finding a distributor for all of the non-coffee food products for a new business (syrups, toppings, bases, milk, baking supplies)? Do you look for a one-stop source or use multiple distributors?
I'm in California. Thanks for your help.

Hi JC, in my experience, you'll never get everything you need from the same distributor. Some distributors specialize in offering certain types of goods.

You'll end up with several sources for your ingredients and materials.
