Generally I have no problem with instant coffee, in fact I prefer instant coffee especially when I'm busy. The quality of instant coffee these days aren't really bad, they're good. Those who're expert in coffee may still prefer brewing coffee better.

There are different varieties of instant coffee. Try drinking instant coffee which is 100% coffee, which does not contain chicory. Do try spray dried agglomerated which looks like crystals. This kind of coffee belongs to premium varieties of coffee. It is exceptionally tasty.
