If your willing to do a little research you might be able to get the vendor to add some 10's to it.
I know several places now that have either contracted out a ATM for their shop or have just went out and purchased a unit and stock the machine their selves. Either way those machines tend to go as low as a $5. The other nice thing about owning your own ATM is that you can make quite a bit from it.
