Yesterday I'm at the grocery store, and I'm sort of in between coffees (got some Organic Timor coming from Uncommon Grounds in Berkeley, but it won't arrive till later in the week). I'm pretty cheap, as a rule, so I figure I might as well give 8 O'clock's 100% Columbian a try, as I've read good reviews of it at Consumer Reports.
Some batches may be good, but my bag was full of very stale beans, that, upon brewing, taste somewhat reminiscent of coffee. I won't be repeating this experiment again soon! :evil:
