I like to eat the occasional coffee bean (rosted not green), is this ok?

I have been chomping on beans for about 15 years...I have never had a problem

I've eaten a mountain of the chocolate covered beans and have never had a problem. Just lots of shakes.

No problem, just remember to floss before you go out in public!

It depends how long they've been out of the rosing drum, and in the cooling tray.....hehe

NW...funny story. This guy came in looking for a job. He worked in a commercial grade roastery for years. I was talking to him while I was roasting...when I dropped the french roast I was roasting..he reached in and grabbed a bean. Before I had a chance to warn him he popped it in his mouth. I could hear it sizzling in his mouth..he told me that the beans on his roaster were cooled by quenching and they where not as hot as the one he just threw in his mouth. I have to give it to him...he didn't scream or even spit it out..he just sat their looking scared  haha
