Hello! I am selling my Artigiano electric coffee roaster. The roaster uses 3x1000 watt heating elements rather than gas so it's a breeze to set up. It will roast a 5.5 lb. batch in 15-20 minutes (depending on roast profile), or 15-20 lbs./hour. This is the perfect roaster for getting into the business or for your own shop to cut out the roaster. The fact that it is electric is a huge plus as the build-out for gas is a headache. I am also selling the afterburner which dramatically reduces the amount of smoke released when roasting.
